Shipping issues.

Good evening everyone.  I'm seeking more info on the eBay standard envelopes. Are they tracked by the USPS? And if not how do we resolve issues with buyers not receiving their package.  Once we hand it off to the postal service we really have no control after that.  Should i be taking pictures of me dropping them off in the post office box to protect myself.  We have been having major issues with the postal service.  I have been getting way too many complaints about not receiving their packages or asking me if i sent the package.  I go faithfully every day by 7 am.  It seems like i get no help from ebay.
