Shipping for non ebay items

I used to use a shipping tool thru ebay to mail non ebay items but can't find it any longer. Does anyone know if the tool is still offered and how do I find it? Thank you.

You can not ship a non-eBay sale through eBay.  You can create a label through paypal.

I can no longer find the shipping tool on PayPal unless I use this old link - maybe it's just me or maybe it's because they moved to ShipStation for their labels?

When I log into paypal, along the bottom of the  page I have quick links, including shipping.  I don't know if this link will work for you, but this is the page I get when I click the shipping link -

I tried the link - it took me right to the shipstation connection page after I signed in.

I got paid for an item that was non ebay...and shipped using ship station, is there a fee to use the service

As far as I know there is no fee to use paypal shipping through shipstation.  You only pay for the actual label cost.
