I am just curious, is anyone else having problems with shipping label costs? I use the ebay services for my shipping labels and print them from my computer. It seems that although I use their shipping service and pay for it at that time, I almost always get a notice that I underpaid for shipping, and that the additional cost will be deducted from my account. I can't figure this out.
Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.
Thank you,

When you create the listing, you need to select the shipping method, as well as the weight of the packaged item (rounded up to nearest ounce/pound) as well as the dimension of the package. As long as those are accurate, ebay will be able to calculate the shipping cost from your zip code to the buyer's zip code. You still have the option to make changes before actually printing the label to correct any mistakes you made in the listing.
If shipping using USPS, there is an extra cost for packages longer than 22" and then an extra cost if the package exceeds 30". Therefore, it is less expensive to use UPS or Fed Ex in those cases.
