I bought a pair of jeans that said they were returnable I returned them to the seller in the original condition however I was not refunded the $9 for my shipping I was not told that I wouldn't get that back when I asked about their refund policy. $9 is a lot to lose for trying on a pair of pants that will return the next day

If you returned them for a buyer "remorse" reason, such as didn't fit or didn't like the item, then the seller is not required to refund you the original shipping cost.

The seller had to pay for shipping to get the item to you.  That money is not returned to you or the seller.
