Shipping electronics

How can we get the word out to sellers on how to properly package electronics with exposed circuits properly. I've bought a number of computer parts lately that had exposed circuitry that were wrapped in regular plastic or card board. These materials can generate a static charge big enough to damage the electronics. For a full understanding, Google ESD protection and get educated. Items should be put in static bags and sealed, then wrapped in packing material. Material that generates a hefty static charge include paper and cardboard, plastic bags and bubble wrap, even though the do make safe plastic wraps which are usually pink, and the worst of all is Styrofoam.  This note is for all people selling any electronics with exposed circuitry.
