Shipping charged twice

I was charged twice for the same label not sure how, but now I am not sure how to get the money back for the label not used. Suggestions?

Shipping charged twice

Go to

 

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

 

Do you see two different tracking numbers?  Make sure you VOID the correct label.  The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
