Reaching out to see if anyone else is having some issues with eBay's shipping calculator.
I've had two instances this month where my buyers were under billed for shipping. Both were billed for first class shipping at $1.56 when the actual cost was $3.42.
These were not postcards. That shipping option was not selected.
Anyone else experience this?

It sounds like you're choosing envelope when you set up the listing and it should be package.

That usually happens when you select "Large envelope" as the Package type in the listing, instead of "Package or thick envelope".
A tracking label can't be printed for envelopes, so the next option is First Class Package.
I see $1.56 as the postage cost on the knitted carrot ears - check that one to see what you used for package type. Click "sell similar" to get there (just don't list it again).
