Shipping address for label

Buyer said she forgot to enter her apartment # on her ship to address.  How do I add this to the label before printing it.

I would just  hand write it on the label.

I thought that at first impulse.  Then with past experience with similar matter, decided not to and cancelled order reason: buyers address insufficient.  Had buyer re-order the item.  Buyer complied and new order is ready to ship.  However the first order was packed, label printed, before issue came about.  My question now is how do I cancel the first label that was paid for now that the order in cancelled.  Do I get what I paid for the label refunded.

Definitely the safest way to handle 😊

Cancel the unused label. The refund takes about 3 weeks to receive.

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
3. Choose your reason for canceling the label.
4. Select Send request.
