I sell magazines. I use the eBay shipping calculator to figure out what shipping would be for a FIRST CLASS LARGE ENVELOPE. eBay figures this amount out and inserts this amount in my listing. My customers then pay this amount. After the magazine sells, eBay doesn't give you the option to pay for a FIRST CLASS LARGE ENVELOPE. They ONLY give you the option to purchase a FIRST CLASS PACKAGE LABEL which is several dollars higher than a FIRST CLASS LARGE ENVELOPE. I have called eBay 4 times in the last year to complain about this and have been told, except the last time, that this 'is a technical issue that they're working on". Which isn't true. Why won't eBay allow you to purchase a FIRST CLASS LARGE ENVELOPE LABEL?
And, I just sold a lot of 3 Wreath Making Books. BOOKS, with instructions and NO ADVERTISING. eBay decided for themselves that these BOOKS, with no advertising, did not qualify for a Media Mail label and tried to have me purchase either a First Class Package or a Flat Rate Envelope Label. They WOULD NOT allow me to purchase a Media Mail label. Does eBay need the money so badly? - remember a percentage of shipping is also charged to the seller.

You can't buy shipping labels for envelopes on Ebay, only packages.
Just like Retail Ground, you can offer it, but you can't buy it on Ebay.
For books, to buy Media Mail shipping labels, they have to be listed under books.

As posted you can't buy certain labels on ebay. Open a free PirateShip account, it imports from ebay and will print any kind of USPS label.

You can buy labels for envelopes for post cards on eBay. I have done this before. Small labels for small envelopes. First class. Just saying...

Those are special envelope labels (ebay Standard Envelope) for cards, etc., with specific restrictions.
