Shipping Option I chose when listing item is not showing when purchasing label

I was allowed to enter a shipping option of USPS First Class Large Envelope when setting up my item for sale and my package meets the parameters for that option that are shown (My package is 5oz, 9" x 9" x 1") The limits shown when listing are Max 13oz, 15" x 12" x 1".
The item has sold but when I go into Purchase Shippng Label it does not offer that option and defaults to USPS Ground Advantage. I can't even find USPS First Class Large Envelope on the list.

Do have to eat the extra postage?

You can buy large envelope shipping at the Post Office counter, but you can't buy it on eBay because it doesn't have tracking.

Ground Advantage is the least expensive tracked option.
