Shipped an item to a buyer and they mentioned they didn't receive

Hi there, customer purchased an item from and I've shipped the item and purchased the shipping label from eBay itself. I've also included signature required .

Few days went by and i just got an email from customer that they didn't receive item. It mentions it was delivered today, and delivered to a "DELIVERED FRONT DESK/RECEPTION/MAIL ROOM".   It mentions signed for by buyer.  The buy mentioned they live in a residence and not a business area. I double checked the address and it was pointed to a residential area.  The package i used was a small flat rate box, it should fit in a residential mailbox no issue.   I  have the email of shipping address on that label.

From here, what can I do to help the buyer? It is likely USPS fault. I don't any additional items to ship out.

I'm guessing the carrier might have selected the wrong option when s/he scanned the package.  Send this to your buyer:

The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case. You take the tracking number down to the carrier (post office/FedEx/UPS).  Have them check their GPS coordinates for where the package was delivered.  If it was NOT to your name/address, then you get that statement on their letterhead.  They do not need to state where it was delivered, just NOT to you.

Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
