When should I be concerned?

I bought a pair of shoes that are supposed to have been sent for authentication, and although the seller has printed a shipping label- it hasn’t been sent and it’s been 5 days.

I can’t even contact seller because EBay mutes convo options once it is “shipped” to authenticator.  I’m frustrated because most sellers are reasonably quick with shipping. 
Should I be concerned?

It's possible the post office missed scanning the package, and might get scanned when it arrives at the next sorting center.  Check the tracking number periodically.
