I accepted an order, created the shipping label and shipped the order. The Tracking information was not showing up for the buyer so instead of reaching out, the buyer reported it as missing. Without eBay reaching out, the funds were reversed and now I am even out of my roof rack. So now the buyer is not responding in attempts to collect money for the product that shows he has received. There is also no way on eBay, at least what I can find, to call and resolve this issue.
Very dissapointed and feel extremely taken advantage of to be now out about $200 and $200 never open box of Mercedes OEM Cross Bars that I had spent $450 on from the dealership.
