Seller has item listed as overseas shipping. I didn’t realize it until the moment I paid and it said it wasn’t arriving until January. It’s an advent calendar so I immediately messaged the seller saying it wouldn’t arrive in time, and if he’d cancel. He lied and said it wasn’t from overseas; he just writes that so he has extra shipping time. He promised it would come way before Christmas and that it has already been shipped. I knew that was a lie because I literally purchased it 2 mins previously. Now it’s been 4 days and he has yet to give me tracking. I’ve asked twice and he has been making disrespectful comments, telling me that I’m rude for asking. I told him I would return it if not here by Christmas. He laughed at me and said he doesn’t accept returns. What can I do?

The estimated date of delivery would have been shown on the listing page before you made the purchase.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, click on Order Details and look at the estimated date of delivery. What does that show?
