I really don't know how to explain all that went wrong? Basically I have a billing address, and a shipping address and in different countries. Anyway some of the items I purchased went to my billing address so those items are gone, but I didn't know what to do so I started a clam for return, but how can I return something I don't have? So I canceled the return order so now eBay says they can't help me cause I have a open; which I cancelled lol, lol. What I need is a order for shipment that I did not receive. I know the shipment to my billing address has already been delivered because USPS told me so, but those shipments are history, non retrevable, gone. I will never see them. The shipments to my shipping address are fine except eBay is telling me to fill out feedback. But how can I do that when I have not received my shipments yet, right? So that is the best way I know how to describe what is happening to me, it is extremely frustrating, extremely!!!

I just ignore the messages to leave feedback.
I leave feedback when I want, not when Ebay wants me to.
