Hi, I'm a US seller trying to ship a purchase to a seller in Japan. Ebay populated the ship to address in Japanese, and I dropped it off with USPS, only for it to be returned to me a few days later saying that US Customs needs the address to be in english. I cannot change the customer's ship to address. Do I need to cancel the order, have the customer re-buy it, and then pay again for shipping (expensive) to Japan?
