Ship the item and the item arrived damage

Hi, I shipping the item out to buyer brand new doll and the item arrived damage, the buyer had open the doll package and undress the doll, also the shipping did not have the insurance that I can not file a claim.Right now the buyer open case and ask to return the doll.  What should I do?

If the item arrived damaged, you have no choice but to accept the return from buyer, or refund without having them return.
