Hello Sellers! I hope someone here can help. I have been trying to figure this out for over a year, and feel it just doesn't work correctly.
What I am trying to do is to allow offers of all my listing. But not allow offers that are insulting to even be considered and be rejected by the system. I cannot get this to work correct.
My Goal:
1. Automatically accept all offers that are 15% below my offered price.
2. Send to me offers that are 25% below my offered price, but let me consider accepting it
3. Reject all offers more than 25% below.
If you go to Offers:
And select Allow Offers
What am I doing wrong? Does anyone get this to work correctly?
I remember they gave us the option to download listings and do it in excel and then upload. This option was taking away.
Any help would be awesome.
