Service metrics

Two of my buyers have abused the ebay policies under "not as described or listed" .  Is there a way to talk with ebay and present my side?  Ebay is now taking 5% more in the final fee.

When a seller files a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described, as long as you refund the buyer upon receipt of the item, there is no defect.  A defect is only recorded when you don't take care of the problem and the buyer clicks Ask ebay to step in, and then ebay will refund the buyer and not require return of the item.  That is when a defect is recorded.  If you believe your buyer is misusing ebay's Money Back Guarantee to get free return shipping, you can report the buyer here:
