Sent wrong item

I accidentally sent the wrong item that I had packaged for someone else. They didn't pay, so it was sitting there and I thought it was the other item and sent it. The one I sent is a 65.00 item, it's supposed to be the 15.00 one. How do I fix this?

You can ask the buyer very nicely to return the item you sent by mistake and you will send them the correct item. The buyer can even request the return through eBay for item not as described and you pay for the return shipping. If the buyer doesn't go along with this, consider it $50 lesson in selling.

@karemitchel203   if it hasn't been delivered yet, contact their local post office and ask them to send it back to you, or open an intercept pkg from the usps website, will cost about $15 to do

Sorry to bother you, but how do I create a new label. I can't cancel the old one if it is being returned to me can I? Thanks.
