This is not what I ordered. I ordered two bottles of Umary and I specifically ordered it from this seller as that is what the picture showed. I received one bottle correctly and the other was Acido Hiallur6nico. The picture identified that I would be getting Umary Hyaluronic 850 mg. If the seller will not accept returns for this item, I will not pay for it. This is deceitful. It is NOT the same product and I want what I ordered.

The seller must accept the return and pay the return shipping.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Add the comment that 1 of 2 items is not correct, and add a photo.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

Thank you. However, when I went to the return section, I kept getting the post from E-bay that seller does not accept returns. I wrote the seller telling her that this is the first time I have ever - in all my years - had a problem with E-Bay. I appreciate your follow-up and will try again.

You should still be able to open a not as described return if you received the item within the last 30 days. The seller's return policy does not apply when the item is not as described. If the system will not let you select not as described, you need to ask customer service for assistance - use the link on this page -
