Sent Wrong Shoes

I am very frustrated and confused. I ordered a pair of shoes I had been looking for over 4-5 months from dailyshoedeals.  They showed having the exact shoe I wanted and I paid extra $12 plus some change for 3 day shipping bc I was needing to wear them for something ASAP. My card was charged for $60 something  and said they were being sent. 
I started getting msgs saying the shoes would be delivered like 12 days from date of purchase. So I sent sev msgs out asking why I paid extra to have them arrive in 3 days when they were going to arrive the same as just reg shipping. Took sev days but finally responded with update the shoes would arrive earlier. 

When I opened them though they sent me the wrong shoes and though I went by their sizing suggestions, the shoes were way too small. I was extremely frustrated! 

They msgd me back the next day saying they were sorry for shoes arriving late and offered to refund me that shipping fee. Then this was super weird…said they wanted to really help resolve this as it reflected badly on their page. They said they could send a return envelope or they’d send me a full refund and I could just keep the shoes?!! I don’t want those shoes!!! They’re not at all what I wanted and don’t fit. 
The lady never said anything about sending the wrong shoes??? 
I responded and have yet to hear back. 

has anyone else dealt with something like this???

I  don't understand why you wouldn't accept a full refund when offered ... and then donate the shoes to charity if the seller doesn't want them back.  Who cares if it's 'weird'?  [The seller may not want to spend the money for the return.]

 

I also don't understand why you would you rush to trash a seller you need help from?  You have 60 days from date of purchase to leave feedback.  [It's meant to describe the entire transaction ... including what the seller does to fix mistakes.]
