Sending an invoice with combined shipping on it

I have a buyer who purchased 3 items and I want to combine the shipping. I can't figure out how to change the shipping. I've read the tutorials and tried to follow the steps but get nowhere.

If your buyer has not paid yet, go to your list of sold items and select send invoice from the pull down menu next to one of the items.  Adjust the shipping and click send.

You have to do this on the website, not through the app.
