Package has now been delivered that I received a refund for

I want to contact ebay about a claim that was filed for a package that was not delivered but now it has been delivered but I have already been refunded the money so I have a refund and the merchandise. I need to find out how I can return the merchadise.

Message the seller and let him know that the item finally arrived, and if he wants it returned he needs to send you a return label through an eBay message. 

Give him a deadline to reply with the label - let him know that after that date you will donate the item to Goodwill (or your favorite charity).
