I placed an item for sale on a bid with a minimum I'm expecting. The bidder bid under my minimum requirements,and ebay is saying it's sold awaiting pymt.Ebays Mia as usual they're lost.

It is not for possible a  buyer to bid under your minimum. A Buy it now price is not a minimum. Your started  your bidding at a $100.00. But you are lucky in eBay motors bids are non-binding ether party can walk away.
