How to I put in a reserved price for a item when it won’t let me? I’m not gonna sell my item for 1.00 if no one else bids on it so what do I do?

You are charged a reserve fee, no matter if the item sells or not.  Simply start the auction at the lowest price that would acceptable to you, as very often, only one bid wins it.  And there is no charge for this.

Your item already has a bid which means nothing can be changed.
