I have two identical items on the same posting. Under shipping settings I have checked combine shipping. On the post, itself, I have set a flat shipping price. A buyer wants to buy both items. When they "purchase" both items, the shipping cost still pops up double the actual amount they need to pay.
Have to admit I'm a novice to Ebay, so I'm not particularly savvy. Buyer tells me to prepare an invoice. My understanding is that the invoice, which allows me to adjust the shipping cost to what it should be, can only be done after the buyer places its BUY. Is that correct? How does Ebay system know that I'm charging a combined shipping amount, if the buyer keeps seeing the double amount?
