I'm selling new Accu-Chek FastClix Lancets like I've done many times but got messaged by Roche, the manufacturer, saying I can't list them as new, because they don't guarantee the product warranty. There are many New listings for them, and I've bought them from others here as New.
They aren't explaining when I said these are new unused and unopened, and therefore New, and that there are tons of other New listings like mine and I asked for clarification. They threaten to cause problems with my account but didn't explain and it seems like a bot. Can someone help? For years I've sold a box here and there and this never happened.
