Last night I sold 2 items, to the same person, Internationally. Today I have yet to receive payment. I find out I cannot send an invoice nor can I get any info from the order details page. It use to be that I could view information; such as price, shipping (KY) costs etc... but NO INFO AT ALL. Called Ebay, was informed that they sent out an invoice with combined shipping. They refused to send me an invoice, due to sharing confidential information. I replied; I receive that when shipping in the US. Ebay could at least sent me a message saying they sent out the invoice. With employee incompetency running rampant these days, how can I trust that it really got sent! But no I had to call them and waist my time when they could have just communicated their actions. As sellers what are we suppose to do? Sit and look at my computer screen, cross my fingers, and hope somebody pays me 200+ bucks. Plus I am totally in the dark about what my final fees will be, since i have no INFORMATION! selling internationally was never like this, and this is no way to treat a seller with 14 years of selling on their site.
