Selling Football / Baseball Cards that are PSA Graded

I recently had a card PSA graded that will sell for over $500.  Should I be hesitant to sell on EBay?  I'm concerned with getting scammed by a buyer.  Looking for advice.

@sbthw57  When cards sell for $250 or more they are automatically opted in to the eBay Authencity Guaranteed program.  

This protects you from scammers buying your card and sending back junk using a not as described refund request as the items are inspected BEFORE they go to the buyer AND on the way back for returns.   Also you can select final sale on Authenticity guaranteed items.
