My brother and I have had separate ebay businesses for the last 20+ years. Off and on for me, continuous for him.
Due to health challenges, we both have a hard time keeping up with listing and shipping. But we both have accumulated some excellent stock that has never been listed. I've got a place to consign books and comics, but the rest is gathering dust. Toys, games, collectibles, ephemera, china, crystal, costume jewelry, tools, some vintage fashion. Total volume is probably a 3 or 4 car garage worth.
Ideally, we would find a local ebay seller who is interested in buying all our stock or selling a large quantity on consignment. How do we meet reputable trustworthy sellers who have the skills to get top prices.? No way I'm reaching out on Craigslist or fb marketplace, because of safety concerns.
The items are not associated with this ebay ID, which is primarily my buying account.
Many years ago these community boards helped me build a business that enabled me to stay at home with my seriously ill child. I'm hoping the community can help me retire without losing all the equity I've accumulated.
TIA, dilettantebooks

@aubries You can try asking in the meetups if there is one in your area:

Local consignment shops also often sell on eBay. For probably about the same % a consignment seller would take. Most charge about 40% ( 13% ebay fees) plus expenses for packing materials and time.
