Seller wont respond after I paid

Item paid for through paypal and seller wont respond when he is shipping out the item. What do I do?

The seller is not required to let you know when the item ships.  The only thing you need to be concerned about is the last estimated date of delivery.  If that date passes and you haven’t received the item, the next day you can open an item not received case.  Regardless of what the seller is currently doing, you can’t do anything until then.
