Ok so I bought a electric motor for a rc helicopter. I bought the motor sometimes last September, 2024 and never opened the box. A couple days ago I finally opened the box and it's a wrong motor! I know I should have opened it already before. The motor advertised on the listing and the correct motor I wanted to buy is 1050kv or 1050rpm per volt, but the motor I received is rated at 1190kv, which is way over and wrong specs.
I know at this point the return period has passed, but can I still make a claim or file a case with Ebay or Paypal? Afterall, I was sent a different/wrong motor.

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back however you only have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case on eBay.
Since it has been longer you can try PayPal or your funding source they may offer a longer time. Some offer up to 180 days.
