I only received half of my order I advised the seller who had sent the other half of the order to the wrong address I've been trying to resolve this issue too long and I cannot receive any kind of help from eBay I will surely be making purchases on Amazon from now on and I will put it dispute into my credit card company this would be so easy to take care of but of course it's impossible through this platform eBay I've been a customer for years and I've never had a problem like this before and I never will again

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. The buyer prints out the label, affixes it to the box, and has the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund the buyer within 2 days. If no refund, the buyer goes back to the case and clicks on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. The MBG trumps a seller's No Returns policy if the Item is Not as Described. The no returns policy is only good for buyer's remorse. For those reasons, the seller can decline the return.

If the seller is NOT located in your country, s/he cannot supply a return label good in your country. S/he will have to send enough money to cover return shipping and you purchase the return shipping. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you in full. If no refund within 2 days, you go back to the Returns Request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
