I contacted seller and no reply received after 10 days.

Is it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.

What happens is that from time to time Buyers purchase as a Guest.  You are still protected by the eBay MBG but the transaction cannot be merged with your account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction:  Buying as a guest | eBay
