Seller selling fake memorabilia

As a buyer on e bay finding out a seller sold me a fake autograph years later and eBay careless to help out  due to there 30 day policy. Shame on you ebay

I know of no online marketplace nor retail store that would allow a refund/return "years later".

This is not Ebay's fault.

Most Ebay buyers are aware of Ebay's terms, such as the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
