Items were scanned by me on time labels were created on time. The post office did not scan them on time, because of that, they are dropping my rating from top rated to above standard

You must obtain an acceptance scan from your post office (if you drop them off) or your mail carrier (if you use package pickup) to prevent this problem.

If you use bulk shipping to purchase your labels, you can print a scan form that includes all packages, and the clerk or carrier will only have to scan the scan form.
