Items were scanned by me on time labels were created on time. The post
office did not scan them on time, because of that, they are dropping my
rating from top rated to above standard
Customer paid 18.98 for an item. I’m trying to give her her money back,
but it will only let me do 15. It was free shipping, but I paid for the
shipping back. Not sure how to give her her 1898
