So I was top rated seller but because of a few items not recieved claims I did not realize I had to update tracking since they already it when I printed label. Now I have 3 claims that ebay supposedly had to ge involved with even though I been email customers the whole time and refunded them. Tried appealing them but no answers s

Even though you communicated with the buyers and issued refunds, Ebay still was able to assess the defects on your account. There is no way to appeal.
