Seller not responding to my question

Seller isn't responding to my specific question regarding an item still listed. What do I do? Do I ask again? How much time should I allow for a response?

It would be best to move on to another seller, one who will talk to you.

Don't commit to buy the item (including bid/make offer) until you get a satisfactory answer to your question.  If the seller doesn't answer in time to bid on the auction, or before you find a suitable other source for the item you need, then move on.

The seller is not required to respond.  Your remedy if s/he doesn't is to not buy from him/her.
