I have a buy it now item for sale with all notifications set up. Received a legitimate offer, but was never notified by eBay and received no message in my account of the offer. So the offer was missed. Tried to get help through eBay's customer service page, but only receive standard answers and see no way to contact a customer service agent. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
