The seller messaged "Thanks for order It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received" and "We look forward to fulfilling your order soon".
The following message said "There is Payment Gateway issue on our website so the order was not processed. And there is no money debited from your card. Once issue solved we will email you. Kindly share your email for upcoming updates."
Now I have not heard from the seller in days. Has anyone else had problems with seller support@giftiks.com? They have vanished on ebay.
