I ordered a product on January 21, 2023, and my PayPal cleared on the 23rd. I emailed the seller on January 28th requesting shipping status and the seller has not responded. I’ve never had an order delay shipping longer than 2 days; nor emails ignored. I’ve made purchases from sellers whose page states they’re out of town and their anticipated return date; but this seller hasn’t posted anything of the sort. I sent another email today requesting cancellation. How does eBay protect buyers from sellers who don’t ship their product and ignore emails?

@doneve-26 ebay protects buyers who don't receive their items by allowing them to open an item not received case starting the next day after the last estimated delivery date on the order.
