Hello, please help if you can!
i bought a Moissanite stone from a seller in India. One week after I had received it, it started changing color from dark gray (which is how it was advertised) to white. I notified the seller and told him about it and that I needed to return it. He provided me with a return address which I verified twice with him because it sounded sketchy. It cost me $60 to return it because it had to go through customs. I paid for it because I thought well at least I could get $100 back. This was back in December. Now just on March 17th he said he never received it. Now it’s to late for me to get the money back on the insurance that I had on the package from USPS. I guess now I have no recourse? Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.
