Hello,
I'm having trouble ordering from a respected seller on eBay - my last two orders got cancelled with the reason "Buyer asked to cancel the order", which is absolutely incorrect. When I reached out to them the first time, I got a response that some of the items were just not in store. They haven't responded to my second reach-out yet. They did refund the first purchase, will probably refund the second one as well, but this is really annoying. And it is starting to look like either some sort of a scheme or that seller genuinely doesn't want me to buy from them. I tried reaching out to someone at eBay, but I'm not able to find anything else but self-help pages.
What options do I have?
