Is this a legit request or can they do something malicious with the serial number like shut down your ps4.
Here is the message I was sent: "hey do you think you can do me a favor? On the ps4 it has a serial number can you senf me it? its so i can recover a on line account i forgot the password so Playstation customer service asked for serial number. Has nothing to do with your ps4 its just to verify ps4. no rush just when you can plz & thank you."
