I bought a Seiko watch from a seller with good reviews. It is almost the same watch, but there is a part of the dial which is white that is supposed to be black. It is black on the watch in the pictures and if you buy the watch anywhere else online it is also black. In addition, the watch came with no Seiko box, no tags, no owners pamphlet, no warranty info, nothing showing it was ever from Seiko. I knew it was second hand but that is very suspect. Besides that it feels very light/cheap and the watch band does have some minor scratches which I specifically asked about before and was assured it didn't. I am worried I received some kind of counterfeit which I am not okay with. And the fact that the seller sent me something different than the pictures online and sent to me in a private message makes me very distrustful. What would you do if you were me? This is only my second time buying on eBay so please advise.

Open the return request through eBay for "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
eBay keeps track of the number of and types of return requests and sellers with even a small amount of returns are penalized. In my categories, 1/2 of 1% returns (1 out of 200) causes problems for a seller.

I am sorry that happened!
Try contacting the seller with your concerns.
If the seller doesn't help, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
You will be able to print a label from here https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/return-shipping?id=4066
-- You can check the status of your case here:

-- Here is a help page where you can learn more:

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

So the seller is trying to sell me a verified counterfeit watch. He offered for me to keep it at a discount. Not happening. He wants me to return it for a refund but this doesn't seem right---I send it back to him so he can dupe someone else with it who doesn't know better? He's a scam artist with many good reviews. He should be shut down. Does eBay not care about sellers like this?
