On August 6 I received a message from a buyer stating item was not "what she thought it was". Said she used it and would like to return it. It was sold as Brand New, never used. She disin't file a return request at that time, however, I received the item back in 9 days only to find it had been very much used and damaged. I sent her a partial refund (since the item is now not resellable. She opened a return request asking for full amount. I submitted documentation that it WAS Brand New. Still waiting for "funds on hold", but today, she changed the amount she wants back by 30.00 more? We are talking about a lot of money here, where is my seller protection...and what takes so long?
