Seller Performance Below Standard

Just last month, I went on a two-week vacation and still allowed buyers to purchase my products. I did not realize that my seller performance dropped and I would not be able to list anything or edit prices. This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I've been selling on eBay for a few years and have always shipped my packages right away. Is there anything you guys recommend to help bring my seller performance back up?

Whenever I go on vacation, I make sure that my listings are NOT visible so no one can make a purchase.  Look at your seller dashboard and see what metrics are below standard.  If it was for shipping late, then make sure all your shipments are on time, and that you increase your number of listings in order to decrease your percentage of defects.
