A seller is harassing me. I bought an item recently and it never came. I returned it for a refund and it showed up about a week later. The seller then started contacting me stating I was a thief and wanting me to pay. He told
me to send him my PayPal to invoice me. I’ve sent it many times and still no invoice but there are threatening messages sent to me every day. I’ve reported him to eBay but he is still continuing to do this. How can I stop this?
